Egyptian Blue Lotus or Water Lily also scientifically known as Nymphaaea caerulea. Lotus is an aquatic plant that mostly grows in Egypt and certain parts of Asia. It contains two alkaloids (apomorphine and nuciferine) that stimulate dopamine receptors. The herb is known to boost libido, increase memory power, regulates menstrual cycles, reduces pain, relaxes muscles and much more.
